I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Flexible with certain situations, please reach out for more info. For anyone who no shows their appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service. If you are 15 minutes late or beyond, your appointment will be forfeited. I do not offer refunds on services. However If you feel what we discussed in our consultation, isn’t matching your end result, I kindly ask you to reach out to me within 72 hours of your first appointment to make any necessary adjustments to reach your hair goals, no charge.
